An Honest Fit Check
Is This Burnout Retreat in Bali Right for You?
A burnout Retreat in Bali is a serious investment of time and money, so let us be honest about who this week serves best — and who might be better suited to something else. Reading this page takes three minutes and could save you from booking the wrong Retreat.
The Signs You Might Recognise
Most of our guests arrive with a familiar story. They sleep eight hours and wake tired. Coffee has stopped working. Work that once felt easy now feels heavy. Weekends disappear into recovery rather than living. Doctors find nothing wrong, yet nothing feels right.
These are classic signs of a nervous system stuck in overdrive — what most people call burnout. A holiday softens it for a few days. A structured reset addresses the pattern underneath.

Built for the Curious Wanting to Experience Something More
If burnout has crept in — if you recognize yourself in more than a few of these — this Retreat was designed for you:
- 01
Corporate executives, business professionals & athletes looking for a reset
- 02
Individuals who feel themselves approaching burnout
- 03
Anyone trapped in unhealthy coping loops — alcohol, caffeine, sugar, scrolling, or workaholism
- 04
Couples, business partners & close friends seeking a structured reset together
- 05
Individuals who want a disciplined, neuroscience-backed intervention
Positioning matters: this is not a casual sightseeing holiday, and not an extreme rehabilitation clinic. It sits deliberately in the structured, neuroscience-informed middle — serious recovery, delivered with warmth.
Who Should Probably Not Join
We would rather turn away a booking than disappoint a guest. This Retreat is not a party week — there is no alcohol and evenings are quiet. It is not a luxury spa holiday where you drift between treatments without structure; the days have a shape and we ask you to trust it. And it is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help first — the Retreat will still be here when you are ready.
Do I Need Yoga Experience?
No. Around half of our guests would call themselves beginners. Every class offers gentler and stronger variations, and with only twenty guests our teachers can watch each person and adjust. What matters is willingness, not flexibility.
Travelling Solo?
Most of our guests come alone. By the second dinner, no one feels like a stranger — shared practice has a way of building friendship faster than small talk ever could. Couples and friends are equally welcome.
Still unsure? Read our FAQ, browse guest reviews, or simply send us a message — we will tell you honestly whether this week fits your situation.
If you recognised yourself in the signs above, this burnout Retreat in Bali was built for exactly where you are right now. Twenty places. Six days. One decision.
