Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Registration & Acceptance

Submitting a Register Your Interest form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The YogaFX team will contact you personally to confirm the next steps and availability.

Deposit & Balance

A small USD 500 deposit is requested once your application is accepted. The remaining balance is due 60 days before Day 1 of the Retreat. Payment plans may be arranged during the enrolment phase.

Cancellations & Changes

Please send any cancellation or date-change request in writing as soon as possible. Available options are confirmed individually in writing and depend on the Retreat date, notice given, and availability.

Ask the YogaFX team for the current booking details before making a payment. This keeps every guest clear on the agreed accommodation, payment schedule, and applicable change terms.
