Is airport transportation included?

Yes. Private transfers are provided from Bali International Airport directly to the North Bali estate.

Do I need a visa to enter Bali?

Many visitors can use Indonesia's 30-day Visa on Arrival. Check the official rules for your passport before you fly.

What time should I arrive and depart?

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM on Day 1 (Sunday), and check-out is between 12:00 and 1:00 PM on Day 6 (Friday).

Program & Experience Level

What is the YogaFX 6-Day Exclusive Detox & Burnout Retreat?

YogaFX Retreat is the perfect opportunity to disconnect and reset mentally.

Do I need advanced yoga experience to join?

No. The guided movement is open to beginners and guests with more experience. Tell the team about any limits before you join.

How many guests are in each intake?

Each intake is capped at 20 guests, keeping the group small and intimate throughout the 6-day program.

Can I bring my work?

You can bring devices, but the programme asks you to take a break from work so your mind can rest.

Is participation in every session mandatory?

The team recommends the full programme because each day builds on the last. You can still speak up if you need a pause.

Food, Dietary & Wellness

What kind of food is served during the Retreat?

Chef-prepared anti-inflammatory meals, daily cold-pressed detox juices, wellness elixirs, and herbal teas.

Is alcohol permitted on the estate?

No.

How does the Retreat support physical detox and mental reset?

It pairs fresh meals and juices with hot yoga, sauna, water therapy, cold plunges, body-based yoga, breath, sound, nature, and less screen time.

Is the Retreat good for a mind, body, and spirit reset?

It supports the body and mind through rest, movement, nature, sound, and Balinese cultural practices. It is a wellness programme, not medical care.

Accommodation & Guest Experience

What accommodation options are available?

Guests may choose between a single room or a shared room designed for couples, business partners, or close friends.

What special experiences are included?

5 nights of luxury accommodation, chef-prepared organic meals, cold-pressed detox juices, somatic yoga, sound healing, nervous system reset sessions, forest bathing, a Balinese waterfall reset, traditional healing and ceremonies, hydrotherapy circuits, the signature Microbiotic Thermal Fermentation treatment, strategic integration workshops, and a celebration banquet.

Why is the Retreat limited to 20 guests?

The 20-guest cap keeps the group small and gives guests more direct support.

Planning & Booking

How do I book a yoga retreat?

First review the programme, itinerary, inclusions and booking terms. Submit the YogaFX interest form so the team can discuss suitability, room preference and relevant health considerations. No payment is taken when you apply. If accepted, a $500 USD deposit secures your confirmed place and the remaining balance is due 60 days before Day 1.

How much does a retreat cost?

Single occupancy is $3,799 USD per person, with an early-bird rate of $3,499. Twin share is $2,799 USD per person, or $2,499 early bird. A $500 USD deposit is requested after application acceptance, with the remaining balance due 60 days before Day 1.

How should I prepare for a retreat?

Share your health and food needs, read the schedule, buy travel cover, and plan how you will stay in touch with work or family. YogaFX also offers a welcome call, airport transfers, on-site help, and guidance for your screen break.

How do I choose a yoga retreat?

Start with your goal, pace, and budget. Check who leads the retreat, the daily plan, group size, room type, inclusions, reviews, and health limits. Ask questions before you pay. Avoid any retreat that promises a cure.
